Site creation

Greetings and howdy to all my fellow 42er's!

Well, enough was enough.  After the Fall 2013 Haspin trip, I couldn't take any more talk about a website.  I am not a web designer but I wanted an easy way to share any of our photos and videos without putting it all on a social media outlet like FaceBook.  I am using a paid site called Squarespace to create this site.  It is cheap, easy to use I think the templates look pretty nice.  The direct link to the site is fortytwooffroaddclub.squarespace.com. I was lucky to secure the 42OffRoadClub.com domain name (though I doubt tons of people were after it) and have linked the Squarespace site to it.  It is much easier to type and remember and I will renew it yearly until 1.) I die  2.) I'm financially incapable  3.) The club disbands. 1 will happen, 2 might happen, 3 should never, EVER happen.

I don't expect a lot of action at this site but any content I've collected or will collect in the future will be posted here for all to see.  I respect privacy so if there is a photo you wish to be pulled down, I will do so immediately.  The site compresses files so if you download or save a picture but the quality isn't quite there, tell me which one(s) you want and I will e-mail you the original.  Also, if there is something you wish to add to the gallery's, either e-mail me or send me a link and I will add it.  If it's easier, just give me a thumb drive with the media the next time you see me.

The photo's from as far back as I have saved them have been added to this site.  Videos present a problem because of their size but I will work to get the best ones uploaded.   As I learn more about the site capabilities I will be working to make the site better.

Thank you all for allowing me to be part of something special.  I have enjoyed riding and partying with all of you and I hope we will keep on rocking'  for years to come.
